Faucet Installation Services
Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor
Choosing a new faucet for the kitchen, bathroom or backyard? Our plumbers help you pick one that fits your sink and install it with new supply lines, tight seals and proper shutoff valves.
Faucet Installation Services That Match the Faucet to Your Sink
Before a new faucet goes in, it has to fit the sink or countertop it’s going on. Sinks are drilled with one, two, three or four holes, and faucets are designed for specific configurations. A single-hole faucet can often cover extra holes with a deck plate, while widespread faucets need holes spaced about eight inches apart. Kitchen sinks may have extra holes for a side sprayer, soap dispenser or filtered water tap that need to be used or covered.
Beyond fit, the details that matter most are hidden. Solid brass or stainless bodies last longer than zinc or plastic ones. Ceramic disc cartridges resist wear and drips better than older washer designs. Spout height and reach need to suit the sink depth and size, and flow rates must meet local efficiency standards. Our plumbers review these factors with you, help you avoid compatibility surprises and install the faucet to the manufacturer’s specifications.

How to Match a New Faucet to Your Sink's Holes
Start by looking under the sink or at the countertop to count how many holes are drilled. One hole suits a single-handle faucet. Three holes might be a centerset faucet spaced four inches apart or a widespread faucet spaced eight inches or more. Kitchen sinks often have three or four holes to accommodate a faucet plus a sprayer, soap dispenser or air gap for the dishwasher. Measure the distance between the outer holes to confirm spacing.
If your new faucet needs fewer holes than the sink has, a deck plate or escutcheon can cover the extra ones neatly. Unused holes can also hold a soap dispenser or filtered water faucet. Needing more holes than the sink has is harder, since drilling porcelain, stone or stainless requires special tools. Undermount sinks with stone countertops add another consideration. We’ll help you confirm compatibility before you buy, saving time and returns.
Why Customers Choose Our Faucet Installation
We install faucets carefully, because shortcuts lead to leaks inside cabinets. Our licensed and insured plumbers confirm fit before installation, remove old faucets without damaging sinks or countertops and install new braided supply lines and quarter-turn shutoffs where needed. Faucets are mounted securely, sealed properly and aligned neatly. We flush debris from the lines before attaching aerators, test every function and check carefully for leaks above and below the counter.

Benefits of Professional Faucet Installation
Professional installation ensures your new faucet fits, seals and performs as the manufacturer intended, which also helps protect its warranty. New supply lines and shutoff valves reduce the risk of leaks under the sink. Secure mounting prevents the wobbling that slowly loosens connections over time. Flushing lines before installation keeps debris out of new cartridges. And careful removal of old fixtures protects sinks and countertops from scratches, chips and costly cracks.
Faucet Installation in CA, TX and FL
We install faucets for residential and commercial clients in every CA, TX and FL community we serve, including models that meet California’s stricter faucet flow standards and fixtures for kitchens, baths and outdoor living spaces.
What Separates a Quality Faucet From a Cheap One
Faucets can look nearly identical in a store yet perform very differently after a few years of daily use. A few details reveal quality.
Check the body material. Solid brass or stainless steel bodies resist corrosion and hold threads well, while zinc alloy and plastic bodies are lighter and more prone to failure. Ceramic disc cartridges generally outlast older rubber washer designs and resist drips caused by mineral wear.
Look for finishes rated to resist tarnishing and scratching, and for brands that offer readily available replacement parts and meaningful warranties. Heavier weight often signals better materials. A quality faucet costs more upfront, but it typically needs fewer repairs, looks better over time and stays reliable much longer.
How Our Faucet Installation Works
We confirm your sink’s hole configuration, spacing and any accessories, then help you choose a compatible faucet or check yours.
On installation day, your plumber clears the cabinet, shuts off the water and removes the old faucet, cleaning the sink deck thoroughly. Shutoff valves and supply lines are inspected and replaced if worn. The new faucet is assembled and positioned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
The faucet is secured from below, sealed with the specified gasket or sealant and connected with new supply lines. Lines are flushed of debris before the aerator goes on. We test hot and cold water, sprayers and any accessories, then check thoroughly for leaks before cleaning up.

Faucet Installation Questions Answered
Will a new faucet fit my sink?
It depends on the number and spacing of holes. Deck plates can cover extra holes, but adding holes requires drilling. We’ll confirm fit first.
How long does faucet installation take?
Most installations take one to two hours. Removing corroded old faucets or replacing shutoff valves can add some time to the job.
Do I need new supply lines?
Yes. New braided supply lines cost little and reduce the risk of leaks from old, worn or incompatible connections under the sink.
Can I supply my own faucet?
Absolutely. We install customer-supplied faucets of any brand and can check compatibility with your sink before installation day to avoid any surprises.
Do faucets have flow rate limits?
Yes. Federal standards set maximum flow rates, and California sets lower limits for new kitchen and bathroom faucets sold in the state.
