Chosen Right, Installed Right

Upgrading, remodeling or adding a bathroom? Our plumbers help you choose a toilet that fits your space and install it with a fresh seal, new supply connection and a solid, level setting.

Choosing Well

Toilet Installation Services That Start With the Right Toilet

A successful installation begins before the old toilet comes out. The new toilet must match your bathroom’s rough-in, the distance from the finished wall to the center of the drain, which is most often twelve inches but can be ten or fourteen. Bowl shape matters too. Round bowls save space in small bathrooms, while elongated bowls offer more comfort. Height, style and flushing technology all affect how the toilet looks, performs and fits your household.

Our plumbers help you weigh those choices. One-piece toilets are easier to clean and have no tank-to-bowl joint to leak, while two-piece models are often more affordable and easier to carry upstairs. Gravity-flush toilets are quiet and simple to maintain. Pressure-assisted models deliver powerful flushes in busy commercial settings. Dual flush and WaterSense labeled toilets save water. Smart toilets and bidet seats add comfort features. We match the toilet to your needs, then install it properly.

Measure First

How to Measure Your Toilet Rough-In Before Buying

Measuring the rough-in is the single most important step when buying a replacement toilet. With the old toilet still in place, measure from the finished wall behind it, not the baseboard, to the center of the closet bolts on either side of the base. If there are two bolts per side, use the rear pair. The number is usually close to ten, twelve or fourteen inches, and it determines which toilets will fit.

Buying a toilet with the wrong rough-in causes real problems. A toilet designed for a twelve-inch rough-in installed on a ten-inch drain won’t fit against the wall. One meant for a ten-inch rough-in on a twelve-inch drain leaves an awkward gap behind the tank. Also check clearance from side walls, vanities and doors, since codes require minimum spacing around toilets. If you’re unsure, we’ll measure for you before you buy.

Why Choose Us

Why Customers Choose Our Toilet Installation

We install toilets so they stay solid and leak-free long term. Our licensed and insured plumbers confirm rough-in and clearances, check the drain flange and the floor beneath it, fit new closet bolts, a fresh seal and a braided supply line, and replace worn shutoff valves when needed. Toilets are leveled, secured without overtightening and tested repeatedly. We remove and dispose of your old toilet and leave the bathroom spotless and ready to use when we’re done.

Benefits of Professional Toilet Installation

Professional installation ensures your new toilet fits the space, seals correctly and flushes the way the manufacturer intended. Flange and subfloor inspection catches hidden damage before it causes problems. A new supply line and shutoff valve reduce the risk of leaks. Proper leveling and securing prevent rocking and seal failure. And a properly installed efficient toilet can lower water use and help protect any manufacturer warranty that covers the new fixture.

Comfort Height or Standard Height Toilet?

Toilet seat height affects comfort and accessibility more than most people realize. It’s worth considering who will use the toilet every day.

Standard height toilets typically measure around fifteen inches from the floor to the rim. Comfort height, sometimes called chair height, measures roughly seventeen to nineteen inches with the seat, similar to a dining chair, and falls within the height range commonly used for accessible bathroom designs.

Comfort height toilets make sitting down and standing up easier for taller adults, older family members and people with knee or mobility concerns. Standard height may suit children or shorter adults better. Many households choose comfort height for primary bathrooms and standard height where young children are the main users.

How Our Toilet Installation Works

We confirm your rough-in, clearances and preferences, then help you choose a toilet or check the one you’ve already purchased.

On installation day, the water is turned off, the old toilet is removed and the flange area is cleaned. The flange, subfloor and shutoff valve are inspected, and any needed repairs are explained before work continues. If you’re installing a smart toilet, we confirm a suitable electrical outlet is available.

The new toilet is assembled if needed, set on a fresh seal with new closet bolts, leveled and secured. A braided supply line is connected, and the tank parts are adjusted. We flush repeatedly, check for leaks and haul away the old toilet, leaving your bathroom clean.
